These Terms of Service govern your use of Endoryx. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Endoryx in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any referenced policies. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Use of the service
You agree to use Endoryx in a lawful manner and only for its intended purpose: helping you understand and plan your training. You must not attempt to misuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service, or use it in a way that could harm other users or Endoryx.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Third‑party integrations (Strava)
You may choose to connect Endoryx to third‑party services such as Strava. Those services are independent from Endoryx and governed by their own terms and privacy policies. By enabling an integration, you authorize Endoryx to access and process the data that the third‑party shares with us so we can provide features such as your Endoryx Balance Score and training analytics.
5. Health disclaimer
Endoryx does not provide medical advice. The Endoryx Balance Score, training suggestions, and any other insights are informational only and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for listening to your body and for consulting a healthcare professional or qualified coach before making significant changes to your training.
6. Intellectual property
Endoryx, including its content, design, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the service for your personal, non‑commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the service except as permitted by law.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Endoryx available and evolving, but we may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We are not liable for any unavailability or modification of the service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Endoryx and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, opportunities, or profits arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using Endoryx at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms or if we believe it is necessary to protect Endoryx or other users.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of Endoryx after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable in Quebec, without regard to conflict of law principles.
